Snowshoeing Basics

$60 General Public ($45 WLT Alumni)

January 27th - 7-9:30pm Classroom Session (San Francisco)
January 31st - All Day Field Session (Tahoe National Forest)

This fun, experience based class will teach you first in a classroom, preparing you with information about clothing and equipment, and then ON THE SNOW in the mountains of Tahoe National Forrest. Topics will include: snow safety, proper equipment, kids and snowshoeing, and practical logistics - all of which will help you get the youth you serve outdoors and into the snow!

Completion of the course allows you access to BAWT’s snowshoe gear and winter clothing. All gear included.
